Talent Development Manager

You will lead and develop the global, integrated talent management - strategically and conceptually. You will be responsible for learning, development, compensation & benefits and international agendas. You will build the state-of-the-art talent pipeline for key positions through innovative approaches, advance digitization and develop a global training strategy for all training beyond product training. The support and consulting of the worldwide management, the employees and the HR Business Partners is your concern.


  • At least 5 years relevant professional experience in HR, ideally in a similar role in an international company
  • University degree, e.g. MBA with focus on HR and personnel development
  • Sound knowledge in Talent Management, L&D, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Evaluation and Employer Branding
  • Excellent communication and project management skills as well as initial management experience
  • Strength in the development of integrated global concepts and strategies
  • "Can-Do" mentality, entrepreneurial spirit and spirit of innovation
  • Excel and HR software know-how
  • Very good knowledge of English
