Assistant Talent Management

YOUR TASKS

You will be the linchpin for all processes around Talent Management and Learning & Development of our group. You will take over the system administration and support the further development of talent development tools. You will be involved in trainer selection and global training planning and budgeting. You are contact person for management and employees, HR business partners and local HR contacts. In some cases, you also manage HR projects and processes.

YOU CONVINCE WITH

  • University degree, e.g. MBA with focus on Talent Development / IT
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in HR and personnel development, ideally in a similar role in an international company.
  • Knowledge of Talent Management, L&D, Recruiting, Compensation, System Administration and Employer Branding
  • Communication and presentation skills as well as process understanding
  • Hands-on mentality, endurance and spirit of innovation
  • Excel and HR system know-how
  • Very good knowledge of English
