Sales Manager - Nordics (SE, NO, FI, DK)

The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in over 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.


You manage a team of sales professionals that perform a variety of task related to outside sales for a territory the Nordic Region for New Systems Sales. You will be responsible for attracting new business/opportunities, designing solutions for those opportunities, profitably selling projects, products and services to potential customers with the target to support and motivate the entire Staff enhancing sales growth, EBIT profitability and sell new technical solutions for products and services. You will cooperate with the country manager in developing and implementing a business development strategy based on corporate policies, objectives and guidelines. You will also work with Partner agreements, Pricing Strategy, developing products and services.


  • An excellent proficiency in the Swedish and English language; Norwegian, Finnish and Danish a plus
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales/marketing, technical leadership and operational support in an equivalent position, with excellent knowledge of access management solutions and products
  • Technical, Sales and economic background
  • Proven ability to drive revenue generation
  • State-of-the art Sales methodologies
  • Commercial and technical ability / understanding
  • Ability to effectively consult with customers
  • Adeptness in developing relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS CRM preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

Your minimum salary will be determined with reference to the collective agreement (employment group 4, position on incremental scale according to individual experience). Overpayment according to qualification.
