Maintenance Technician - Inhouse (f/m)
The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in over 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.
You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of spare parts for our parking and mountaineering facilities. Most of the maintenance work will be done internally or remotely with the customer, but field work in the West Austrian area will also be necessary. In the course of your tasks you will carry out software and hardware updates and support subcontractors with your experience. You enjoy keeping your skills and competences up to date and share your knowledge within the team. In addition, you advise our customers regarding our services and products.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
Completed technical education in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics or IT
First work experience in a similar environment
Good knowledge of networks, IT hardware and software (mainly Microsoft OS and Apps)
Self-responsible and customer-oriented way of working
Excellent communication skills and empathy for customer situations
Flexibility, willingness to travel and a driving license
