IT specialist for customer networks
The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in over 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.
You are part of the Project Management team in our subsidiary SKIDATA Austria, responsible for the support of IT projects from planning to implementation. You will act as a first-level support and consultant for our internal IT infrastructure, service requests and authorization issues. Your tasks also include the commissioning of the solutions sold to the customer. As an expert, you will support our service technicians in the field. You pass on your knowledge in the form of employee and customer training. You will support sales in the preparation of quotations, considering technical feasibility.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
Completed technical education: preferably HTL with appropriate professional experience or equivalent studies
Very good experience with Microsoft client/server solutions
Very good knowledge of network and firewall technologies
Basic knowledge of Linux
Customer and service orientation, good communication skills
Willingness to travel (within Austria)

Your minimum salary will be determined with reference to the collective agreement (employment group 3, position on incremental scale according to individual experience)
