Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition

The technology behind our gates and access readers is as surprising as it is convincing, with thousands of our systems in more than 100 countries – for example at ski resorts, airports, stadiums and amusement parks.

YOUR TASKS

You are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from scouting new talents to on-boarding. You develop our recruiting and campus marketing strategy. You are the central point of contact for our Young Professional Pipeline and apprenticeship training. In addition, you support and advise our managers in all personnel-relevant issues and thus make a significant contribution to the further development of their areas of responsibility. With you, an agile specialist, we will fill job openings with the right people in a timely manner, and facilitate a positive application experience.

YOU CONVINCE WITH

  • Experience in talent scouting and recruitment at an international technology company
  • Sound knowledge of HR processes and project management
  • Knowledge of campus marketing, young talents, internships and apprenticeship management
  • Persuasiveness to allow you to lead teams through complex topics while closely monitoring directives
  • Customer-oriented and proactive communication and negotiating skills
  • Strategic sense and an affinity for concept development
  • Openness, creativity and an innovative way of thinking
  • Very good English skills
