Service Technician

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Operations Team you are responsible for installation and setup of People Access solutions in the segments of Mountain and Event. Training, Maintenance and Support – onsite and online are part of your responsibilities. Further on your assistance in project and segment specific development is required. As a service professional with drive and (in time) knowledge, you become the trusted advisor our customers appreciate. This is your contribution to expanding our markets, customer satisfaction and repeat purchase.

YOU CONVINCE WITH

  • An excellent grasp of Swedish and English language. Knowledge of Finish is an advantage
  • Experience in customer support
  • Experience in Windows, SQL and Network
  • Interest in technology
  • Commitment and self-reliance
  • Comfortability in consultative support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driving license (B)
  • Willingness to travel
