Customer Support Technician – SKIDATA Software
Just as the excellent performance of our technology in access readers and gates has impressed you in a variety of situations, it has won over thousands of users in over a hundred countries – in skiing areas, airports, stadiums and amusement parks.
You will be responsible for the configuration of our systems and support for our customers in the field of mountaineering. Together with the customer you will arrange installation dates and provide the necessary support. Together with the logistics department, you will organize on-time delivery and install/configure networks and devices as well as new services and applications such as ticket machines or web services. Furthermore, you are responsible for solving problems regarding configuration and system architecture and, if necessary, provide analyses and information to 2nd level support.
