Order Processor (f/m)

The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in more than 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.


As part of the team, you will be responsible for order processing of SKIDATA solutions for subsidiaries, partners and customers as well as capacity planning along the entire supply chain. You will take the necessary actions and decisions to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. The continuous improvement of the ordering process through system adaptations is one of your concerns. In the course of your work, you act as the first point of contact and thus ensure customer satisfaction.


  • An economic or technical education with at least 3 years of experience in order processing in an international environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and Microsoft Office programs
  • Basic experience with export and customs regulations
  • Team spirit and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • A high level of service orientation and resilience
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
