SKIDATA Loyalty Platform

The Loyalty.Logic platform helps you to motivate your customers to use special services. Ski guests can register and can earn points for all interactions, online or on-site: for example, the use of certain cable cars and lifts, using a destination also in times of bad weather, number of vertical meters or the use of certain sales channels, and much more. The loyalty points earned can be exchanged for services that you have selected. In this way, fans can enjoy both, products of the ski resort like discounted tickets as well as products that money can´t buy: riding on a snow groomer, VIP parking right in front of the ski lift, access to a VIP lounge during events/races or the exclusive use of cable cars before the official start of the ski day are only a few possibilities.
