Intern with focus on Human Resources (f/m)

The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in more than 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.


During your internship, you will support the HR team in a project related to the introduction of strategic job planning and take on independent tasks within the framework of system integration. You will also accompany the communication & rollout preparations. In addition, you will gain an all-round view in the areas of Learning & Development, Talent Management as well as Recruiting & Onboarding and support our team in various tasks.


  • An ongoing or recently completed business education with focus on HR and/or controlling
  • First practical experience in a similar area and a sound understanding of HR
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Independent, structured working style and a good understanding of numbers and analytics
  • Commitment and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Highest discretion and sensitivity in handling personnel data
