Terms and Conditions of Participation

Participants can take part in as follows: category 1 and 3, teams and individuals, category 2 companies only. A jury will select the best submissions in all three categories. The finalist will be notified by  March 5th, 2012. The three winners will be announced at the SKIDATA Movie Night at Intertraffic in Amsterdam.

All entries must be uploaded by the deadline as video or photo with the completed contact data for to the website www.skidata.com/award. There is no charge for participation.
 
Participants must have taken the photo or made the film themselves or recorded it as part of a video monitoring. Third parties shown in the images must be either informed in advance and must give written consent or be unidentifiable. This also applies for license plates. If people or plates are still identifiable, SKIDATA will edit the photo or video material if selected for an award.
