Terms and Conditions

Any recourse to courts of law is excluded. The selection of winners is in the sole discretion of the jury and cannot be reviewed or challenged.

By uploading the film, participants confer to SKIDATA the exclusive exploitation rights of their work, throughout the universe in perpetuity, in all media now known or hereafter devised, for all kinds of use, including, but not limited to copying the work to sound and picture carriers, making it available to the public, and publicly presenting and broadcasting it. This includes the adaptation right required for exploiting the work. The film may be used (copied, sent, made available) together with the works of third parties, also in the form of a montage of single sequences from different submissions. This applies to all known and unknown kinds of use. The exploitation rights conferred to SKIDATA for carrying out the contest are granted free of charge.

Contest participants indemnify SKIDATA from all claims of third parties arising from infringements, including costs incurring in asserting legal rights. SKIDATA will notify the participant in the event that it makes use of this right. The participant informs SKIDATA, in case he/she learns after submission of the film, that third parties assert their right to the work. The obligations set forth here shall remain valid and enforceable after the end of the contest. Submissions must not contain content which violates legal regulations or offends common decency or in any way interferes with SKIDATA’s interests. By uploading the film, participants confirm that no rights of third parties (in particular copyright, ancillary copyright, the right at the own picture and trademark rights) have been violated. Employees of companies that are involved in carrying out the contest and their relatives are not eligible to participate. Teams and individuals can participate. Submitted films must portray a funny or innovative situation in a park situation. A jury chooses the best submissions in the categorie. All submissions must be uploaded within the period using the contact form. Participation is free. Participants must have shot the film themselves or recorded it from video surveillance. Third persons that can be seen must be informed and must declare their consent in written form prior to submission. Otherwise, they must not be recognizable. License plates must not be recognizable, either. In case recognizable persons or license plates are found in one of the winning submissions, they will be made unrecognizable by SKIDATA.

How can your submission be used?
